£27,000–£32,000 DOE | 4–5 days per week 32-39hrs within the hours of Monday to Friday 9-5.30

The Role
This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days look the same. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, while also supporting the wider HR function with day-to-day employee matters.
Working closely with Heads of Department, you’ll be a trusted partner — offering guidance, organisation and a friendly, professional approach that makes a real difference across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing full lifecycle recruitment across all departments
Writing engaging job descriptions and creative adverts that showcase the company culture
Managing applications through the ATS and overseeing all recruitment advertising
Reviewing and improving recruitment content across the website and social media
Exploring new platforms and creative ways to reach diverse candidate pools
Building and nurturing a strong candidate database, including vacancy alerts
Representing the business at job fairs, exhibitions and recruitment events
Issuing offers, contracts and new starter paperwork
Responding to candidate and employee queries with professionalism and warmth
Supporting Heads of Department with low-level performance, conduct and wellbeing matters
Providing accurate HR administration and producing HR reports
Supporting HR projects, policies and process improvements
Troubleshooting basic HRIS queries and system issues
About You
Proven recruitment experience (hospitality experience is a bonus, not essential)
Proactive, organised and creative, with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Digitally savvy, particularly with HR systems and social media
CIPD qualification is advantageous but not required — full support and funding for ongoing development is available up to CIPD Level 5.
