Sewing Machinist Temp to Perm

Our client is looking for someone to join their team to assist in manufacturing bespoke items near Newark in the role of Sewing Machinist.
You will ideally have previous experience as an Industrial Machinist or sewing/dressmaking or sewing machinist experience as a hobby making home furnishings etc. Your experience does not need to be in a manufacturing environment as the company are quite happy to provide the training for you. You will be machining and helping to cut of material and prepare. Due to the size of the material this can be fairly physical.
You will be joining a great small team of people in a really nice environment.
We can offer working hours as full time Mon to Fri 8.30-4.30, or 4 days.
Due to the location of the client you will need to have your own transport.
The role will start on an temporary to permanent basis.
Hourly rate – Dependent on experience
