Qualifications: MUST have AAT Level 4 minimum, industry-based experience & extensive working with Sage cloud accounting/payroll software
Job role:
Invoicing – Credit control
Purchase order control
Bi-weekly payment runs
Organising post, scanning and filing
Process monthly Payroll -15-30 staff (seasonal fluctuation)
Managing staff
Management assistant’s work – checking work
VAT & Fuel duty returns
Managing multiple bank accounts
Managing all electricity contracts
Managing all phone & internet contracts
Manging multiple properties licences
Managing all insurances including any claims
Manage multiple till systems
Monthly management reports – analysation
Weekly meeting with Director
Yearly account preparation
Problem solving. Add Hoc jobs from other staff and Directors

The Company is a fast-growing, fast-paced hospitality business based in Scotland on the Isle of Mull, however their administration office is based in Grantham. There are multiple departments within the company that require separate account analysation.
