We are recruiting for a company based South of Newark for an Office Administrator to join their small team on a full time permanent basis.
Monday to Friday office based and hours are 8-4.30.
In the role of Office Administrator you will be undertaking a wide variety of basic office administration and accountancy tasks in a busy environment.
Duties will include customer liaison, record keeping, telephone and diary work, handling enquiries and bookings and accountancy duties.
The successful candidate must be reliable, well organised and accurate with a ‘can do’ attitude and a strong team player. The ability to multi task is a must as this can be a busy, fast paced environment. Strong IT skills are required and full in-house training will be given on the systems they use.
Salary £26.5k plus yearly bonus (variable depending on how well company does)
25 days holiday plus BH. 5 days are needed to save for Christmas Shutdown (increasing to 30 over 5 years’ service)
