Ad-hoc TTMBC Qualified Operative

We are looking for Traffic Operatives / Labourers for our client in Lincoln that hold a Lantra approved TTMBC qualification and hold a driving licence with max of 6 points.

This role is available on a ad-hoc basis. 
 
Your main reposibilities will be:
Support loading and unloading of site materials
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and RAMS
Report vehicle and plant defects promptly
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and teamwork on site
Set up, monitor, and remove temporary traffic light systems
Manage safe traffic and pedestrian flow around works
Read and implement CAD traffic management plans.
Report incidents, delays, and safety issues to management
Assist with traffic diversions and road closures
Ensure signage, cones, and lights are correctly placed and maintained
Support loading and unloading of site materials.
 
Skills & Experience Required
Lantra-accredited Traffic Management qualification  TTMBC
Full UK Driving Licence (maximum of six penalty points)
Must be able to successfully pass Drugs and Alcohol testing
Strong knowledge of traffic management legislation and best practice
Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and layout plans
Awareness of current Health & Safety regulations and safe site working procedures
Demonstrates dependability, teamwork, and effective communication skills
Flexible and adaptable to varying site conditions and operational demands.
