Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative for a well-established company in Grantham with an immediate start available for the right candidate. This role is offered on a 12 week Temporary to Permanent basis with some great company incentives!

The role is to support the operation of the warehouse undertaking a range of duties and you will require a full driving licence for this role also.
Just some of the duties you will perform as a Warehouse Operative:
Unload deliveries.

Store goods safely and in the correct locations.

Pick and pack goods securely.

Load outgoing deliveries onto vehicles.

Carry out regular stock checks and inventory counts using a handheld scanner.

Assist with investigating stock discrepancies and adjusting records as required.
About you:
Previous warehouse and or logistics experience.
Full and clean driving license.
Forklift license in date (Counterbalance and or Reach).
Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
carrying a positive attitude within the working environment to encourage a strong team moral.
This role is offered on a weekly rotational shift pattern of Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 and Monday – Friday 14:00 – 22:00. The hourly rate is £13.45. Other company benefits will be discussed upon successful application shortlisting.
