Experienced MIG/TIG Welder (Sheet Metal Fabrication)

We’re currently seeking a highly skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our client’s dynamic and growing fabrication team in Gainsborough.

If you have a strong background in welding and fabricating sheet metal products across various material thicknesses, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
–

Perform MIG, TIG, and spot welding on a wide range of sheet metal components

– Work confidently with stainless steel and food-grade metals

– Fabricate, cut, bend, weld, and silver solder materials to a high standard
–

Accurately interpret and work from engineering and manufacturing drawings

– Work within tight tolerances and maintain high standards of accuracy and detail
–

Ensure all work meets internal quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For:
–

Experienced welder/fabricator with strong grounding in MIG, TIG, and spot welding

– Skilled in working with various material thicknesses
–

Strong knowledge of working with stainless steel and food-safe materials
–

Confident interpreting complex technical drawings

– Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable team player

– Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

Hours & Pay:

– £17.50 per hour
– 39 hours per week

Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm

Overtime available and paid at time and a half

25 days holiday + bank holidays
