Our client needs support to cover for absence for a short term during a busy period for the HR team.
The team is currently preparing for a system change so need help in day to day HR support functions to be able to continue to provide the service level requirement to the management team and business.
Ideally this role would be full time but reduced hours could be considered under the right circumstances. You would be able to work almost entirely from home if you would prefer but may need to spend some time in the office in North Hykeham.
Please note that you will definitely need to have at least CIPD Level 3 qualification and experience of working within HR within a business environment to be considered for this role.
