I have an exciting opportunity for a Office Administrator to join a established family ran business based on the outskirts of Newark.
Due to the rural location, own transport is a must.
This role is a temporary to permanent, office based role. You will be working Monday to Friday 10am-3pm. Hourly rate: £12.21ph
You will be joining a small but busy team, providing a varied level of Administration support to a number of different parts of the business.
This role will involve a range of general administrative tasks including answering the telephone and transferring them to the correct department, monitor a busy inbox and respond in a professional and timely manner, general filing and entering data onto spreadsheets and other systems, daily customer service enquiries, maintaining stock/deliveries.
Essential Skills & Experience:-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High accuracy and attention to detail
Superb organisational skills, and willing to work to deadlines
Strong as an independent worker or as part of a team
To have a "can do" attitude.
