Document Technician / Technical QA

This is a role that will suit those who have incredible attention to detail and who value accuracy.

You will be working with a leading IT solutions company. In your role you will be organising all of the documentation required for software releases and updates. That is a considerable task as there is a vast array of information collation required in order to achieve that and it is coming form various sources in various formats but has to all be checked, correct and organised in specific ways.

In order to be considered you will need to have; strong proficiency in MS Office, independence and have a self motivated character, effective time management, very strong communication skills, a detail oriented brain and above all a willingness to learn.

You may have come from a similar role where you are coordinating technical information in a different sector, could be from an IT Helpdesk and looking for your next step but not necessarily wanting to progress one of the more traditional routes in the sector or you could be a fresh graduate with a passion for accuracy and detail who aspires to do something different within the IT environment.
