Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance/Reach Forklift License)

Our client based in Witham St Hughs has an exciting opportunity for skilled Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent. Featuring a new warehouse, with top of the range forklifts and a fantastic team – we are looking for candidates who hold full official Reach or Counterbalance licenses that have been renewed in the last 12 months, in-house licenses cannot be accepted. This is an exciting, fast-paced and reactive environment to work for a company that are experts within their industry.

This role entails handling the arrival and organisation of supplies, preparing of stock/order picking, loading stock by hands and forklift, stocktaking, general housekeeping.

This role will suit someone who is dedicated, switched on and energetic.
This is a full-time position – Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch, x2 15 minute tea breaks)
Hourly Rates – Counterbalance License £11.85, Reach Truck License £12.40

Candidates must reliably be able to commutel to Witham St Hughs as public transport to the area is limited

What we are looking for:
– Ability to multi-task and work in a faced-paced environment
– Fantastic attention to detail
– Adaptable and flexible approach to work
– Strong warehousing experience
– Official Forklift certificate (Reach/Counterbalance/LLOP)
– Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting at times
– RF scanning experience is desirable
