Transport and Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting, on behalf of our Grantham based client, a full time administrator.

You will be working within a team environment with the support of colleagues and a great management team. Your hours of work will be 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. This is a permanent role, you will start initially on a temporary basis during the probationary period but the intention is for this to be a permanent long term role for you.

Within this role you will be working within the office primarily dealing with transport related matters, this will mean that you need to be numerate and accurate as this will entail checking documentation on receipt and dispatch of products for the production team as well as varied administration to include, among many other tasks, filing, doing reports, answering the phone, processing sales credits and processing sales orders for customers.

Ideally we are looking for someone that has excellent administration experience, is numerate and can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. In return, the company are offering an excellent starting salary of £20,000 per annum
