Trainee Paint Sprayer and Site Assistant

Our client, a leading steel fabrication firm specialising in high quality steel structures and components are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join their team as a Trainee Paint Sprayer and Site Assistant.

In this role, you will play a key role in the steel fabrication process focusing on priming steel products. In addition to pain spraying, you will assist with general site labour duties support overall operations.

Your must hold a full UK driving license and be over the age of 21 to be considered for this role. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position. Hourly rate dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation and priming of steel components.
– Operate paint spraying equipment to apply coatings to steel products.
– Perform general site labourer tasks, including material handling and site maintenance.
– Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and within specified timeframes.
– Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
– Must hold a full UK driving licence
– Must be over the age of 21
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to learn and develop new skills
– Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
