We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a local company with a niche market product. Our client based near Newark are looking to appoint a Technical Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical mechanical mind or from an engineering/manufacturing background who has willingness to learn and adapt with a keen eye for attention to detail. To succeed in this role you will need to be self motivated, have excellent time management and communications skills, be able to convert enquiries in to sales and most importantly have the ability to build solid business relations to secure future business.
The right candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various administrative, purchasing, and commercial activities within the company. You will be based in the office working in an internal sales function responding to customer requests and orders, assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management as well as supporting the purchasing department.
This is a busy and varied role and working for a company that can provide long terms prospects and development. We are looking for someone with ideally 2-5 years experience in a similar role within engineering, production or manufacturing.
This is a full time role, working hours are Monday to Thursday 8-5 with a early finish on a Friday.
In return they are offering an starting salary of £27-£30k DOE.
Holidays 25 days plus bank holidays.
