We are recruiting for a Permanent Spanish speaking Technical Support agent for a company based in Newark.
This role requires somebody who lives 30 -40 minutes from Newark who can work full time in the office or hybrid.
This role is based on shifts working 40 hours per week between the hours of 06.00am – 22.00pm, Monday – Sunday
Role
· Providing 1st line technical support for a range of key clients in Spanish and English
· Logging all incidents on relevant CRM and software systems
· Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions
· Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support
· Providing excellent levels of customer service and support
· Working to Service Level Agreements (SLA) against call handling time, resolution etc
· Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response within SLA
· Collection of feedback from end users via outbound calls, when required
Skills / Experience
· Fluent in Spanish and English Written and Spoken
· Problem solving and keen attention to detail
· Driven to deliver high levels of Customer Service
· Flexible approach to working hours
· Clear telephone manner
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Experience of working within a Technical Help Desk / Service Desk environment would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
Salary: 24,800 (Additional salary increase if you have an additional language French, Romanian or Polish)
£1000 increase to salary once probation passed at 6months
28 days of holiday + an extra day off for their birthday. The holiday entitlement is increasing with a length of the service – a day per year up to 5 days.
