Service Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Service Coordinator for our client in the heart of Newark.

This is a temporary to permanent role to cover maternity with a competitive salary of £25-£27k DOE

This is a full time office based role, working Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

My client are a small but very busy company and you will be providing support in the office to all members of the team. You will need to have good attention to detail and good organisation skills when performing tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to work to deadlines and should be familiar with using Excel, Word and Outlook but training will be given on the in house system.

Main Responsibilities:-
• To provide frontline customer support, logging service calls, organise jobs, visits, understanding the day-to-day operations of the team and assisting with a seamless operational flow.
• Liaising with the engineering team, communicating jobs and instructions.
• Assist with financial documentation, preparing estimates, quotes and invoicing.
• Ordering materials for engineers
• Preparing service reports
