We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated and wanting to develop their sales skills and help to build this business. Are you someone with an interest in the agriculture or countryside pursuits, and someone who thrives doing a varied role? This position is part sales and part administration.
This position benefits from being extremely flexible, it can be part time or full time and office based or hybrid.
The best candidate will be confident building relationships with existing clients, whilst introducing new clients through recommendations and leads. You will also be someone with an interest of venturing out the office to meet with clients and attend events and shows to generate sales and new leads.
The ideal individual will also have been in a previous administration role as you will play a key part in managing office duties including answering the phone, talking to customers, filing, data entry, taking orders, preparing reports and helping to market the business through Social Media and other marketing materials.
This is a busy role; a professional attitude, and a good work ethic are essential traits to have within this company. This position requires someone who can hit the ground running and be comfortable working on your own as it’s only a very small team. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to prioritise task accordingly.
Starting Salary for full time will be £25K plus commission and the position will be straight to permanent or temporary to permanent.
