My award winning, market leading client are seeking a new Sales Manager to join their professional and reputable team in Bourne, Lincolnshire. A competitive package is offered for the right candidate, with an OTE remuneration of £50,000 – £55,000 (basic salary of £25,000), a car allowance of £3,000 per annum, uncapped commission structure with cross-selling opportunities including financial services, conveyancing, solicitors, bonuses, percentage of office banked income, targets including appointments (10pcm) and sign-ups (2pcm) and further career development offered.
You'll be leading a team of property experts, dealing with all aspects that the world of property throws at you; listings, viewings, sales negotiations, retention and growth of the lettings portfolio, and of course motivating and guiding the team you'll be working with. Not to mention you'll have an in-house financial service professional at your finger tips for any client albeit First Time Buyer, Equity Release, Re-mortgage, Buy-To-Let.
Positivity and motivation is certainly required as no two days are ever the same in this industry, and you'll be creating the cohesive energetic environment both you and your team will work upon. Therefore a confident, determined, knowledgeable of the market and someone who can bring their A-Game daily is definitely sought after. Not to mention a clear communicator both verbally and written.
You must hold a full UK driving licence for this position.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00 with alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 16:00.
