The successful candidate will have over 2 years in Restaurant management and a wealth of working knowledge in hospitality and providing a great service.

As a restaurant manager, you will be over seeing the restaurant and working very closely with the food and beverage team. You will be making sure that the quality of service meets the ongoing standards. You will be responsible for keeping staff training up to date and ensuring as a team you consistently beat targets. You will ensure that all aspects of the department are running smoothly, and the successful candidate will ensure all communication between different departments is extremely strong. This will make it an even more enjoyable working life for you and your team. As the top line manager for your department, you will be focusing on keeping a low turnover with a high performance so if you have proven people management skills, they will play a significant part in this position. You will also be creating and developing rotas for your staff on a weekly and monthly basis making sure they are in line with the payroll budget. There will be an element of stock and wastage control including ensuring your staff are compliant with this procedure. Finally, you will be making sure a positive and upbeat working environment flows through your department.
