We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our Newark client.

We are looking for the right candidate who has a friendly and outgoing personality that aims to provide the best customer experience possible.

The working hours are 5 days a week Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week. 09:00-17:00. Up to 13 Saturday's off per year including holidays by arrangement.

Role Requirements:
Ensure as required the efficient and accurate administration of:
• Customer Enquiries at the reception desk and by telephone
• Booking in appointments
• Completing forms
• Order entry
• Order processing
• Checking invoices
• Customer call backs
• Filing

Candidate requirements:
• Will need to have extensive customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Good at working in a team but able to work efficiently on own.
• Ability to prioritize
• Confident working under pressure.
• Have a flexible approach to working time-scales to manage the customers’ expectations.
• Adaptable approach
• Be competent with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Preferably have Sage system experience.

The salary will be £19500 per year (£10ph)
