Administrator/Receptionist (Part-Time)

My Client is an established and reputable business in the heart of Sleaford are seeking an Administrator/Receptionist on a part-time basis to join their office. Working hours are Monday & Tuesday 9am to12pm, Thursday & Friday 9am – 12pm.

In return my client is offering an hourly rate of pay of £12.50 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience and to be discussed at interview stage, 28 days holiday which will include bank holidays + days between Christmas and New year as they close over Christmas period. This is all entwined in a happy and supportive environment.

Your Role & Duties shall include but are Limited to:-

– Responsible for opening up the office
– Dealing with any visitors or telephone calls or emails
– Basic Business Administration
– General knowledge of Word, Excel and working on spreadsheets (after training).
– Reasonable Maths and English and knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner
– Must be responsible, discreet, reliable, and ready to learn.
– Previous knowledge of financial services (especially insurance/investments) would be great but training will be given as required
