Temporary Xero Purchase Ledger Clerk ( Approx 6 Weeks) Lincoln
My client is needing a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk with particular experience of the Xero system. Full time for approximately 6 weeks.
Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness, including purchase orders and receipts.
Posting supplier invoices accurately using Xero.
Preparing and reviewing supplier payments, including BACS and ad-hoc, and providing remittances.
Promptly responding to supplier inquiries and resolving any discrepancies.
Assisting with month-end closing processes and maintaining thorough documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
Proficiency in Xero.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Flexible and proactive attitude, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
