Programme Development Executive

We are sourcing for a superb company in Grantham, Lincolnshire a Programme Development Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent hybrid basis, with two days in office.

As a Programme Development Executive you will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing a commercially viable and sustainable programme of training courses, working with providers and tutors from conception to delivery and liaising closely with the Training Co-ordinator and Head of Education & Professional Development.

You're duties shall include, but not be limited to:-
– Scoping out and evaluating the market for new courses, understanding the provision from our competitors
– Identifying most appropriate formats for new courses to deliver the best learner experience and ROI
– Ensuring the commercial viability of all new courses and creating budgets
– Identifying whether a topic is best covered by a short course or qualification
– Working with external providers on the identification and delivery of off-the-shelf courses
– Developing strong relationships with the companies technical community leadership groups and stakeholders
– Liaising with events team to ensure coherence of programmes
– Facilitating the updating of the companies course materials on an annual basis
– Recruit appropriate tutors/trainers for all courses
– Create marketing plans for all courses and liaise with relevant teams for promotion

The successful candidate must show the following:-
– Business Development Experience and strong commercial awareness (essential)
– Superb ability to work independently, or as part of a team (essential)
– Excellent IT skills, specifically in MS Excel (essential)
– The ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally with a variety of audiences (essential)
– Take ownership of projects; to see them through to completion within time and using initiative (essential)
– Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage time effectively across multiple projects (essential)
– Experience of training environment (very desirable)
– Technical knowledge in MMM or other related STEM discipline (very desirable)
– Marketing experience (desirable)

This role is offered with working hours of Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week. A salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
