Production Operatives (Days and Lates)

Our family-run, rapidly expanding client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in the production department. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking to learn and develop. Whilst previous experience in a production environment would be beneficial, it is not a must-have as full training will be given.

This role is a great fit for someone who is focused, organised, and pays close attention to detail. Key skills include good hand-eye coordination, practical problem-solving skills and basic IT and numerical literacy. You must have a good level of concentration and the ability to work in a focused environment for this position.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position working on a rotation of day and late shifts switching every two weeks – (8am to 4:30pm) (4:30pm to 12:00am).
Due to being based East outside of Lincoln City Centre, candidates must either have access to their own transport or live locally. Flexibility of occasional overtime and weekend work is a must. Due to the nature of the business, there are additional security requirements needed as a part of the recruitment process.
