Office Junior

My client is looking for an office junior to join their family run business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience and kick-start their career in an office setting! This is a full time Monday to Friday role at a competitive pay rate!

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Assisting with general office tasks such as answering the phone, filing, photocopying
-Handling mail and emails
-managing office supplies
-Running errands as and when needed, in and out of the office
-Welcoming and greeting visitors and showing them into the building

Requirements:
-Strong organisational skills
-Good communication skills
-Basic computer knowledge and ability
-Willingness to learn
-Driving licence and own transport (location is not accessible by public transport)
