We are looking for an Office Administration/Receptionist for our office based in Newark.
Reflect Recruitment Group Ltd have been open since 2006 and provide temporary and permanent recruitment to local businesses in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire and this role will be to support the activity of the consultants across all 3 offices.
The role would be working Monday to Friday 9.30am-4pm (30 mins lunch) and is fully office based, no home working available.
The Office Administration Assistant will perform a variety of duties within a busy office environment. The purpose of the role will be to support the team in a number of tasks in order to enable them to be as productive as possible.
The duties will therefore include, not in order of priority and not be limited to, the following:
Distribution of incoming central emails,
Scanning of physical documents for record keeping,
Electronic filing of incoming electronic documents,
Retrieval, archiving and maintenance of documents to a specified format,
Uploading candidate details correctly to the CRM system,
Templating CV’s where required to a consistent format,
Using the CRM system to contact or mailshot candidates or clients,
Administering skills assessments for candidates,
Reception duties, answering calls and greeting visitors,
Support managers and colleagues,
Greeting and assisting guests,
Directing calls to appropriate colleague or taking messages,
Answering phone calls,
Responding to emails and telephone enquiries,
Assisting in online posting of vacancies and uploading to our website,
Sending out secured signing documents to candidates and clients,
Keeping the working environment tidy and professional,
Various other duties to enable Consultants to focus on candidates, clients and sales activity.

Keyboard/Typing skills – good typing and data entry speeds required,

Experience of Microsoft Office programmes.
A valid UK Driving Licence is preferred though not essential
Salary will be based on experience and will exceed NLW
20 days holiday plus Bank Hol (pro rata)
