Located in the South Hykeham area, our client is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging New Car Sales Executive to join their ever-growing family-owned business. As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new cars and building valuable relationships with customers daily. You must have a strong work ethic that drives to achieve sales targets set out by the Branch Manager. Candidates must have a positive attitude to each sales pitch and make sure that they are always providing exceptional customer service. Progression is available for the right candidate; our client is looking for someone who wishes to excel and must be hardworking and committed to the company. The successful candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills and be knowledgeable in this industry about the product and service they are selling. Experience in automotive is essential for this role and new car sales experience is desirable, although full training will be provided.
The hours of work are 08:45-18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:45-17:00 on Saturdays with a day off in the week and Sundays off.
Salary starts at £20,500 basic plus an uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of £45,000.
Responsibilities –
• Acting as the point of call for customer enquiries and managing the sales process from start to finish.
• Be able to meet sales objectives, finance objectives and targets.
• Maintain documents to be in-line with Compliance and FCA regulations.
• Carry out full detailed market appraisals on prospective trade and retail vehicles.
• Maintain company imagery and engage in the company training academy programme.
• Maintain a professional and clean working environment for staff and customers.
