For the position of Sales Executive, you need to:

Have previous experience of selling within the motortrade industry (essential)
Be personable, the sort of person that someone would want to buy a car from
Able to close deals, whist being aware of profits margins and the company’s boundaries
Be open to training and have flexibility on working hours, as and how the business predicts
Computer skills and attention to detail
Ensure all paperwork is complete to manufacturers standards
Follow up all sales leads
Ask for referrals whenever possible
Be very presentable, articulate, with a great personality and enthusiasm

Have passion and drive to move your career forward, striving to achieve KPI’s within a fast paced, busy dealership, that sells a beautiful quality product
The role comes with a good starting salary plus commission, you will be supported by a management team with years of experience who only have one aim in mind that is for you to succeed
As you will know “People buy from People”, you will need to be the kind of person that can make this happen, develop the relationship so that your customer gives you repeat business and referrals
With an uncapped earning potential, for the right person this is a fantastic opportunity, where you can earn a high salary and not have to work Sundays and bank holidays
Essential: You must have a clean full UK driving licence and having worked within the motor trade as a sales executive previously
