Our client of whom are a local flourishing business are expanding due to their excellent growing reputation in the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and South Yorkshire counties. They are ideally looking for an experienced, self-motivated, personable and qualified CeMap level 3 individual to come on board to hit the ground running on a self-employed basis. Your own administration support and more importantly support from the management – not to mention training if needed. Our client is looking for an individual who's:-
-Up to date with the current housing and financial market
-Honest and trustworthy
-Adept at maths
-Able to communicate on all levels, and explain complex information in an understandable format

That said, our client is also open to taking on an individual who's currently level 1 & 2 qualified, as they do have the means to put you through training to obtain your CeMap Level 3. This will be discussed further at the interview stages, therefore if this is you, we would really encourage you to send your CV and have a chat with us.

Our client wants their business to work with you, offering flexibility on work location. Whether you'll be situated in your home office or the office itself, you'll be made to feel part of the team.

Your earnings will be essentially uncapped, but realistically for the first years remuneration you'll look to earn between £25,000 – £40,000.
