Membership & Courses Administrator

We are recruiting for a Membership and training courses Administrator.

Our client is an established member run educational institute who have in excess of 2000 members, many who join to learn skills.

Based just on the outskirts of Newark, the role will be working Monday to Friday and is based in the office full time.

It requires someone who is very organised, has excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be liaising with the Education Officer, to arrange courses with both tutors and students. The courses ran have small numbers but also offer accommodation on site and this too requires to be built into the package for each student. The role will also involve assisting setting up the education area and supporting the Technician.

New members join on a regular basis; therefore, it is necessary to keep the database up to date, send out member packs and annually administer renewals. Additionally, there are several other varied roles involved to ensure the membership and courses information are kept up to date.

Perquisites required are an excellent efficient telephone manner, active understanding of databases and the ability to work unsupervised and be a self-starter. As you will be working in a small team.

Excellent salary
25 days holiday plus statutory.
