My client is looking for a dedicated Legal Secretary/Assistant who specialises in family law to join their Skegness branch. My client is well respected in their line of work and has built up a reputation as one of the premier law firms in the Lincolnshire area. The role is a busy one, so my client is looking for someone who can take initiative for themselves and manage their workload effectively.
Main duties:
– Diary management
– Audio typing
– Monitoring emails
– Client contact
– Liaising with staff and external parties
– General administration
Key skills:
– Background in family law
– Good organisation and time management
– Good accurate typing speed
– The ability to take initiative
– Strong admin skills
– Computer literate
– Good communication skills both written and verbal
Skegness branch
Salary is competitive and based on experience
Full time/Permanent
