My clients based on the edge of Lincoln city, they are a national market leader within their industry, where reputation and custom er service is paramount to their success
Due to retirement, I am looking to fill this position, this role is very diverse with lots of elements and interest, initially you will be dealing with customers on the telephone, based nationally, across the country, listening to their wants and needs, having empathy and understanding, you will need to be able to take detailed requirements and then pass it onto the relevant department for quotation
You will be managing the technician diary ensuring that the allocated time works alongside other work scheduled, keeping the website enquiries answered and up to date, along with the CRM system, the role will need you to send out advertising material, encourage reviews and action them accordingly
You will be responsible for the marketing material, special offers, all advertising, encouraging customer to visit the premises to promote sales, record all leads and generate referral leads wherever possible so excellent IT skills will be essential
You will provide marketing support, placing adverts in magazine and papers along with any other platforms used, analysing the market feedback, ensuring that all advertising is working within its allocated space, if not, suggest other areas to try, be aware of the competition, and other impacts into the business, use lead pipedrive to analyse the response to adverts on a daily basis
This role is varied, you will need a level of website experience along with marketing, customer service and administration, you will need to have superb attention to detail, its important that you can communicate on all levels, be a good listener, take accurate notes, conduct your self in a calm manner, work under pressure, be used to a fast-paced environment
I am looking for the person who can deliver all the elements above, who is wanting to move into a company where there is progression, where you will really make a difference to someone life, working for a company that cares about their customers
The role is Monday to Friday, office hours, the salary will be between £22,000 – £24,000 subject to experience
