Insurance Recoveries Assistant (Lincoln)
I am seeking a Recoveries Assistant to join my client’s already established professional team based on the out skirts of Lincoln.
This role is telephone based, you will be expected to have a superb telephone manner, you will be dealing with insurance companies, Solicitors, body repair garages and Customers so communication on all levels will be key within this role. You will primarily be confirming and ensuring that all monies that have been authorised come into the business, all invoices are paid and that all parties involved have been paid in a timely manner
A background in xero accounts credit control or insurance case handling would be a great advantage along with an understand of the legal legislation for this role. You will need to organised, not be afraid to communicate on the telephone on all levels, be able to work to tight deadlines and have flexibility whilst being conscious of the company and its professional reputation at all times. You will be working closely with the litigation team, answering to the Pre-Litigation Manager.
This is an exciting role that is rarely offered, Salary is subject to experience between £18,500 – £21,000. This role can be either full time or part time position Due to location it is important that you have your own transport.
