We are recruiting an Installations Co-ordinator to join the team with our client in the South area of Lincolnshire, a company in the Engineering sector, on a Permanent basis. Are you looking to join a reputable company with a professional ethos and that can offer possibilities of progression?
You will be responsible for ensuring the Engineers work to a planned schedule, have access to required materials and tools and ensure that customer records are kept up to date.
With regards to customers you will be part of ensuring they receive a high level of customer service, and are kept updated during projects. From an operational aspect you will be able to take control of ensuring staff keep to good customer service standards at all times during telephone diagnostic calls, checking plant equipment is kept in good service, project planning and further details to ensure optimal performance.
You will work to company performance targets and will keep such records updated.
A good standard of Maths and English will be required and you'll look to be an organised individual with a confident and friendly personality, ideal for keeping customer needs met at all times.
