General Operative

We have an exciting opportunity, whereby our client within commutable distance from Grantham, Newark and Nottingham are seeking multiple General Operatives to assist with their peak season.

These positions will be available from 8th July 2024 until the end of November 2024 (to be reviewed nearer the time). Our client are seeking for multiple candidates to fill different shift patterns; days, earlies06:00 – 14:00 or afters 14:00 – 22:00 with an hourly rate of £11.50. It is essential you have your own transport due to the location of work, as you won't be able to rely on public transport.

Your duties on a day to day basis to involve but won't be limited to:

– Carrying out tasks as assigned by Line Management and Supervisors on a daily basis
– Following company Health, Safety, Quality and Hygiene standards
– Keeping company equipment and machinery in good working order
– Undertaking company specific training or direction where required
– Completion of relevant paperwork
– Operating equipment efficiently to achieve department targets
