My client is based in North Hykeham, they are an established company within their sector who are a market leader, I am looking for an all-round general maintenance person to keep the building up to standard and do the running repairs
This role will be diverse
Key Responsibilities
• General plumbing and carpentry
• General painting & decorating
• Basic electrical maintenance
• Assembling equipment where necessary
• Liaising with contractors and other workers
• Maintain accurate records/documentation associated the role
• Immediately report problems / failures that may impact on the organisation and / or its customers to Line Manager
• Part of special projects as are required of job role as required
Skills and Experience
• Experience in general DIY and maintenance including assessment, installation, repair and maintenance
• Friendly and approachable
• Good attention to detail
• A confident, clear communicator, comfortable dealing with external parties as required
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
• A self-starter able to make this role their own
• Physically capable of moving equipment
This is a position that initially is a 6 month contract but could go onto a permanent role after that for the right person
