My client is looking for a Full time Telesales Administrator to join their fast paced and motivated team. You will be providing Administration to the Ground Care Department and you will report to the Ground Care Supervisor. This position is based in Lincoln LN6. Your working hours will be between 7.30am (on a rota basis) – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
To gain success in this position you should have outstanding verbal and written English communication skills and you should be very computer literate, this includes being confident in all areas of the Microsoft Office Package. You should have a telephone manner that is professional, friendly, and clear. You should be able to organise your working day successfully making sure outstanding tasks are signed off and completed by deadlines. This is a crucial part of my client’s role as you will play a significant part to the business.
Deal with all administrative tasks in support of sales team; calls, emails, orders, and quotations
liaising and supporting sales team
Dealing and with administrative tasks and assisting with reports for the management team and
Head of Sales.
Deal with Customer enquiries and prospects (via Phone, Email & Website).
Deal with PO and invoice queries including processing orders.
Create and send quotations.
Organise contact letters.
Professional ambassador for Spalding’s maintaining standards of conduct and appearance in line
with company policy.
Actively and willingly participate in appraisals and feedback sessions.
Actively take responsibility for, and willingly participate in, all professional development and
learning interventions to keep abreast of sector and company developments and sales/account.
Proactively co-operate and collaborate with all colleagues in line with company values.
Observe all company policies and procedures.
The salary is £24,100.00 plus commision
