Front Office Manager

I am looking for an Office Manager to join my Clients amazing company based in Lincoln. This position is full time and is permanent. Working within my Client's business you can expect to be surrounded by likeminded individuals that LOVE what they do! As an office manager I am looking for somebody who can oversee the office, evaluate levels of guest satisfaction, Monitor availability, supervise and provide guidance to your staff. You will also be in charge of managing staff performance by appraisals and setting new challenges to keep the teams motivation high! You will also be a significant part of the Recruitment team and making sure yourself and your team are acting within accordance of policies and procedures.

To qualify for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Managing an office in hotel, leisure or retail environment. You should be highly familiar with IT including ALL Office programmes and used to outlook communication. You should have knowledge payment processing systems and enjoy and understand the management of people and development in their learning. You should be an excellent leader, communicator and have the ability to work under pressure and be ready to cover shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
