My Client is an established and reputable business on the out-skirts of Grantham are seeking an Administrator on a part-time basis to join their busy office. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:30am – 13:30pm.

In return my client is offering an hourly rate of pay of £14.00 per hour, 20 days holiday and closed between Christmas and New year. There is also a very exciting opportunity to earn part of the income generated. The location is wonderfully tranquil and offers free on-site parking and a Deli. This is all entwined in a happy and supportive environment.

Your role as an Administrator shall include:-

– Dealing with confidential paperwork and telephone calls
– Confident in talking to banks & clients
– Able to follow lead of Director
– Accurate Data Entry
– Excellent Customer Service skills
– Good communication skills
– Confident contacting new customers

The successful candidate must have the following attributes and dispositions:-

– Must have own transport as in a beautiful rural location
– Good sense of humour, outgoing and confident
– Excellent Telephone Manner
– Competent in Word & Excel
