Experienced Professional Medical Receptionist

An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional customer service and patient-focussed individual to join my clients busy high-profile company in Lincoln.

You will receive excellent training for this varied and engaging position.

Your role will include front of housework, meeting and greeting customers/patients, scheduling and diary management. You will also assist the dynamic team with the administration duties and ensure the smooth running and organisation of the business supporting the patients throughout. This is a challenging role but for a caring and adaptable team player this role will offers a real chance to develop your skills and enjoy a varied and professional environment.

This role will suit someone who is both calm and enthusiastic, highly organised, professional, articulate on all levels, and with a genuine and caring personality. The reward will be working within an established company where their reputation, has been the driving factor for many years, building the business to where it is today

Duties will include:

Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Managing and making appointments for private clinics
• Managing reminder schedules for all patient’s appointments
• Maintaining relationships with customers/patients
• Ordering products and supplies as required.
• Accurately process all administration details and requirements via manual and computerised systems.
• To undertake any other administrative duties as required by the Manager

You must have a professional and friendly manner, be of smart appearance, be educated to degree level and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will be highly computer literate, including the use of MS office software. You should be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work under your own initiative.
