Events Duty Manager

We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our client near Newark on a Permanent Zero Hours contract basis.

This is a lovely employer to work for, with a very supportive Management team in place. They can offer an exciting work environment and competitive pay ranging from £12.50-£14.00 per hour based on experience.

If you have a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, leading a team of staff during a busy function then this might be of interest to you.

The company run a wide range of events, from small corporate meetings up to large-scale weddings.

Day to day, you will be overseeing Bar and Service functions, troubleshooting any issues that crop up, ensuring function sheets are adhered to for the running of the evening, and ensuring staff are working at full efficiency.

You'll also be ensuring guests are happy at all times and act as a go-to contact for any matters during the evening.

Due to the location of work you will need your own transport.

Please note that the position is offered on a Zero Hours contract based around event days; summer and Christmas are the busiest seasons.
