A Local well respected company are looking to appoint an Engineering Service Coordinator.
This role is working full time and can offer hybrid working, 2 days home/ 3 days office. In addition when in the office they can offer flexible working hours.
The role will involve coordinating Engineers across the country to meet clients requirements. For this role you will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills to handle enquiries and ensure they are dealt with effectively. You will also need the ability to retain technical information to be able to relay it back to customers, contractors and colleagues alike. You will be co-ordinating with the service team the customer requirements and will maintain excellent lines of communication to ensure they deliver outstanding service. You will have strong IT skills and administration skills as part of the work load will be producing quotations and maintaining the customer data base.
Above all, the successful candidate must be friendly, have excellent customer facing skills and be able to handle difficult situations from time to time.
There is a competitive salary dependent on experience with bonus structure that could add over £1,500 per annum to that basic salary, great working conditions and 25 days holiday plus stats.
