Data Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Data Administrator to join our client based in Newark on a fullt time basis.

The company is looking for an enthusiastic individual with high attention to detail and a methodical approach to responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities of this role but are not limited to:
 Inputting and arranging payment of and maintaining records for purchase invoices
 Inputting and re-charging costs to relevant departments.
 Maintaining records of funds and payments that come in.
 Maintain an integrated, up to date and accessible filing system.
 Assisting in payroll
 Assisting with bank reconciliation's
 Assist colleagues across the company as required with various administration and ad-hoc projects.
 Arranging Staff Business Travel i.e booking transport and hotels.

The role will fit a candidate who:
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programmes
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Confident decision maker and problem solver
 Good planning and organisational skills
 Ability to liaise with managers to resolve issues
 Work with minimal supervision
 Efficient analysis and resolution of administration problems
 Demonstrate good reporting skills

The role will be based on £11.50 – £13.50 per hour depending on experience.

Working Hours – 0900-1730 Monday to Friday
