An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Data Administrator to join our client based in Newark on a fullt time basis.
The company is looking for an enthusiastic individual with high attention to detail and a methodical approach to responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities of this role but are not limited to:
Inputting and arranging payment of and maintaining records for purchase invoices
Inputting and re-charging costs to relevant departments.
Maintaining records of funds and payments that come in.
Maintain an integrated, up to date and accessible filing system.
Assisting in payroll
Assisting with bank reconciliation's
Assist colleagues across the company as required with various administration and ad-hoc projects.
Arranging Staff Business Travel i.e booking transport and hotels.
The role will fit a candidate who:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programmes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident decision maker and problem solver
Good planning and organisational skills
Ability to liaise with managers to resolve issues
Work with minimal supervision
Efficient analysis and resolution of administration problems
Demonstrate good reporting skills
The role will be based on £11.50 – £13.50 per hour depending on experience.
Working Hours – 0900-1730 Monday to Friday
