We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations/Customer Support Agent to join our client based in Newark.
This fast-growing Company is looking for a self-starter who is enthusiastic and willing to jump in and roll their sleeves up.
Salary: £24,000 per annum.
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
Answering and returning telephone calls in a timely and polite manner.
Managing generic outlook email inboxes and responding to clients’ emails
Effectively respond to all questions and requirements made via the Company ticketing system.
Implement new products and services as required to the portfolio of clients.
Effectively communicate with third party service providers for the efficient resolution of issues raised.
Communicate with all departments internally where appropriate passing possible sales leads to Business Development for new product sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records within the system on all issues raised and resolved for reporting purposes.
Carrying out various project works within fixed deadline dates set.
Ensuring that the clients comply with Company standards.
Deal with any complaints quickly and professionally.
Responsible for maintaining an excellent relationship with clients.
The roles will suit someone who has meticulous attention to detail, is able to work independently on multiple projects at the same time and has a ‘can do’ attitude and knows the importance of excellent customer service.
