Customer Services (Temporary) Lincoln

My Client in Lincoln are looking for a temporary Customer Service Advisor to cover maternity leave. They are an extremely well-respected company in their line of work and are a fantastic team

For this role you will be working closely with the body shop manager, you will need to be warm, good over the phone and possess a professional attitude towards work. This is all to help the relationship between shop and customer remain positive as they have a fantastic reputation to uphold. The ability to work as part of a team but also under your own initiative are crucial for this role.

Main roles/responsibilities:

– Keeping in touch with customers throughout the process the car will go through
– Booking customers in over the phone and in person
– Issuing replacement cars
– Taking payments
– Keeping the system up to date
– Chasing debts
– Organising delivery runs for drivers

The ideal candidate will be/have:

– Experience in the motor trade (preferable but not essential)
– Driving License (preferable but not essential)
– Body shop experience (preferable but not essential)
– Customer service experience

Fixed term 16-month contract, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift
£10.50-£11 per hour
