I am looking for enthusiastic Car Parts Sales Advisor's with a passion for cars and a proven record for excellent customer service. You will be required to deal with customer inquiries in a timely, polite and professional manner and be highly organised with excellent communication skills. As a representative of the company, you will be responsible for maintaining a reputation for high-quality customer care at all times.
Previous experience in a contact centre environment is essential.
If you are able to offer an excellent attitude towards customers and customer service, being outwardly positive with first-rate written and verbal communication skills and strong IT literacy
Multi-channel communications – Ability to use phone, email, chat and social media platforms as required to communicate with customers.
Have a problem-solving approach with the ability to identify and rectify issues to the benefit of current and future customers. Willingness to learn and be hard working. In turn you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and travel overseas with your work
