Construction Tutor Manager

Are you a Construction Tutor looking for your next step in a career you enjoy? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join our client as a Construction Tutor Manager.

The right candidate will act as the line manager for team and be accountable for the day to day operations of the site including delivery of curriculum, health and safety and the safeguarding of young people.

The ideal candidate is someone who as an hands-on approach and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get stuck in and has some experience of working with young people who can sometimes display challenging behaviours and be confident in driving improvements within this setting.

Salary: £27,000 – £33,000

Hours: Maximum of 37.5 hours per week, (41 working weeks) – Permanent, full-time.

You must hold a minimum of a Level 4 professional qualification in education, health or social care. (e.g. NQT, QTS, DipSW, NQLT) and hold a full uk driving licence.
