We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our established client in the Newark area.
What you’ll be doing:
Working as part of a small Building Surveying team that are involved in a variety of different sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, residential and heritage.
Current areas of work include:
Small project works, including specification writing, Schedules of work, preparing JCT Contracts and Contract Administration role.
Condition reports.
Party Wall Awards.
Diagnosis and remedy of building defects.
Pre-acquisition reports.
Preparation of dilapidation reports.
Negotiation of dilapidation claims.
What we’re looking for:
A degree qualified, Chartered Building Surveyor.
Experience in some, or all, of the above aspects of Building Surveying.
Minimum 5 years experience.
Ability to use AutoCAD desirable, but not essential.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite essential.
GoReport software experience desirable, but not essential.
Full driving license.
The Package:
An attractive salary will be offered and will be subject to experience, expected to be £35k-£45k
