We are recruiting for a Full Time Branch Customer Advisor based in Sutton in Ashfield
Hours – Monday to Friday 35hr paid week.
To provide a high standard and quality of customer service.
This should include:
• Active and positive promotion of the company, its products and services (including products offered in association with various partners) to the customers and other external business contacts.
• Selling the products and services (including products offered in association with various partners) to match customer needs.
• High quality administration and processing of customer accounts.
• Treating customers fairly and providing information that is fair, clear and not misleading.
We are looking for the ideal candidate have the following skills and experience;
• Customer Service experience
• Good communication
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Sales experience desirable
• Self-starter/problem solver with ability to work using own initiative.
• Team player.
