Our client, a leading company within the food industry are seeking a Bowl Chopper (Technical Operative) on a full-time temporary to permanent basis. You'll need access to your own vehicle due to the location of the business located between Grantham and Newark.
As a Technical Operative you will be predominantly working on and responsible for the operation of the Bowl Chopper. This will see you scanning ingredients, producing to recipes, cleaning down between products and manually loading the machinery.
In addition, you will be responsible for:-
– Start-up checks and changeovers
– General operation of the machinery.
Previous experience of working with machinery in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm (with some flexibility) with a starting hourly rate of £11.23 rising to £11.98 after a three months.
